Our Story – Our Dream

More than 20 years ago, Karin and I, Maurizio, dreamed of a small, personal guest house for globetrotters - a place that connects people and invites them to relax.

In 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, fate took us to Jambiani on Zanzibar. We found an unfinished, unfinished building - the perfect place for our Adults-Only Boutique Guesthouse. The name was immediately clear: LITTLE POMPEJI.

Some thought we were crazy, but dreams don't have to be rational. Zanzibar has a magic that enchants everyone - and still doesn't let us go today.
