Payment for direct bookings:
For direct bookings through our website, the total amount must be paid no later than 14 days before your arrival. The payment link will be sent to you via email after the booking is completed.

If the total payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

If you prefer to use a bank transfer, please let us know. Bank transfers are processed via WISE and may incur additional fees.

Cancellations also apply to bookings from online booking platforms:
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email to be effective.
Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation.​
Within 30 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount applies.

Exceptions: In the case of cancellations due to illness or death in the family, the cancellation fee can be waived upon presentation of a medical certificate.
