Culinary delights – exclusively for our guests

 

Our day begins with a generous à la carte breakfast, included for all our in-house guests and served from 7:30 to 11:30 am.

From 2:00 to 8:30 pm, we spoil you with our fine Light Lunch Menu. Fresh salads, delicious small bites, PASTA O’CLOCK and changing daily specials offer variety and relaxed, uncomplicated dining in a laid-back atmosphere.

And for those missing a little taste of Switzerland – enjoy authentic Swiss cheese fondue in Zanzibar, subject to availability.

Alternatively, we serve Fondue Chinoise with beef and/or chicken, accompanied by rice and a selection of sauces.

Optional Half Board

Upon request, we offer our guests an optional half-board package for 48.000 TZS per person per day, including a freshly prepared 2-course menu (starter and main course).

​

As all meals are freshly prepared and individually planned, half board is only available upon prior request at the time of booking. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp.

 

From September 2026, we're bringing a piece of Switzerland to Zanzibar: authentic cheese fondue!

 

Cool soft drinks and refreshments – served by the pool or in the lounge, exclusively for our guests (until 8:30 pm). Perfect for unwinding after the beach.
