1. General information

Where is LITTLE POMPEJI Boutique Villa located?

You can find us in Jambiani, Zanzibar, on the south-east coast, just 250 meters from the beach.

2. Payment

Is a deposit required?

The total amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. The payment link will be sent via email after booking or no later than 2 months prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:?

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
If cancelled between 7 and 29 days prior to arrival, 50 % of the total booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, no refund will be given.

3. Stay & Service

What meal options are available?

Personal service & culinary delights exclusively for our guests. Rich breakfast (à la carte or included) until 11:30 a.m. From 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., a fine light lunch menu with fresh salads, cold plates and small delicacies. Drinks (cocktails, wines, beer, soft drinks) served by the pool or in the lounge - exclusively for house guests (until 6:00 p.m.). No own restaurant/dinner - we are happy to reserve the best restaurants nearby for you (many within walking distance or just minutes away).

No, pets are not allowed

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we can organize a private transfer to and from the airport (for 50$)

Is there WiFi ?

Yes, free WiFi is available in all rooms and in public areas.
