1. General information

Where is the hotel?

• Our hotel is located in Jambiani, Zanzibar, just 270 meters from the beach.

 

What facilities does the hotel offer?

• Large pool in the middle of a beautiful garden - Guests call it an Oasis!

• Restaurant (also for external guests)

• Adults Only - adults from 16 years (only applies to the hotel - not to the restaurant)

• Safe, air conditioning, fan, TV in every room (safe only in the Camera Elegante)

• Spacious bathrooms with rain shower, large mirror and make-up mirror

• What room categories are there?

• Camera Elegante (six rooms)

• Confortevole (two rooms) - one room with a terrace​

2. Booking & payment

How can I book a room?

• Bookings can be made via our website (www.littlepompeji.org) or by email.

• What payment methods are accepted?

• Credit card (e.g. Mastercard, Visa and American Express AMEX)

• Bank transfer via WISE (fees may apply)

• Cash on site

• We accept Bitcoin as a payment option. Please contact us directly for further details.

Is a deposit required?

• For direct bookings via our website, the total amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

• The payment link will be sent by email after the booking is completed.

 

Is there a refund policy?

• Also applies to external booking platforms such as booking com

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email to be effective.​

• Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation.

• Within 30 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount applies. In case of no-show (without cancellation) there is no refund!

• Exceptions: In case of cancellations due to illness or death in the family, the cancellation fee can be waived upon presentation of a medical certificate.

3. Stay & Service

What meal options are available?

• Breakfast and tourist taxes are included in the room rate.

• Hot meals are available all day until 9.30pm

• Want half board? No problem! Simply add our dinner package and enjoy a delicious 3-course menu every evening. Treat yourself!

 

Is there a laundry service?

• No

 

Are pets allowed?

• No, pets are not allowed.

 

Do you offer airport transfers?

• Yes, we can organize a private transfer to and from the airport (for a fee).

Is there WiFi in the hotel?

• Yes, free WiFi is available in all rooms and in public areas.

 

Is the hotel suitable for children?

• The little.pompeji Boutique Hotel can only be booked for adults aged 16 and over!

 

What activities can be done in the area?

• Boat tours and snorkeling

• Visits to local villages and markets

• Safari on the mainland
