• You'll find us in Jambiani, Zanzibar, on the southeast coast, just 250 meters from the beach.

2. Payment, Cancellation

Which payment methods are accepted?

• Cash, Credit card (e.g., Mastercard, Visa)

• The total amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. The payment link will be sent by email after booking or at the latest 2 months before arrival.

• For bookings between December 20th and January 10th, we require a 50% deposit.

Is there a refund policy for cancellations?

• Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.

• For cancellations between 7 and 29 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• If the booking is canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date, the entire booking amount is due.

• No refund will be issued for no-shows without prior cancellation.​​​

3. Stay & Service

What meal options are available?

• A sumptuous breakfast (à la carte included) is served until 11:30 a.m.

• From 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., enjoy a light lunch menu featuring fresh salads, cold platters, and light bites.

• Drinks (cocktails, wines, beer, soft drinks) are served by the pool or in the lounge – exclusively for hotel guests.

• PASTA O’CLOCK – Our little evening treat from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

• Starting in September 2026, we're bringing a taste of Switzerland to Zanzibar: authentic cheese fondue – subject to availability!

• Yes, we offer airport transfers (for a fee of $50).

• When you book directly on our website, we offer a free one-way transfer (for up to 4 people).
